Mr FVR

EN TANT QUE MEDECIN REFERENT, je suis régulièrement informé du travail que l’association AMedRef fait pour ME DEFENDRE (je l’en remercie au passage).

Oui Mr FVR, c’est incroyable mais j’ai un besoin urgent d’être défendu car ayant cru (grâce il est vrai à un contrat qui m’a donné l’illusion de la pérennité) à la parole d’une maison comme la vôtre, j’ai organisé mon activité de telle sorte que la disparition de l’OMR met gravement et très rapidement en péril mon entreprise libérale.

Moi, médecin référent, par contrat aujourd’hui bafoué :

je limite mes actes,
j’accorde plus de temps à mes patients pour mieux les soigner,
je me forme,
j’élabore pour chacun de mes patients un plan personnalisé de prévention,
je suis économe pour les deniers publics dans des proportions considérables,
je permets l’accès aux soins des défavorisés en généralisant le tiers payant,
j’améliore les performances sanitaires de mon pays,
je suis cité en exemple dans de nombreux pays modernes et imposé dans d’autres moins riches (Tunisie),
j’améliore l’accueil et le suivi de mes patients dans des locaux adaptés où il existe une informatisation performante,
et j’emploi du personnel (et participe ainsi à la lutte contre le chômage tout en aidant à remplir les caisses de l’URSSAF).

Malgré tous ces services rendus à mes patients, à la sécurité sociale et à l’Etat, ma disparition est programmée pour des raisons méprisables de basse vengeance syndicale. Au lieu de me modéliser auprès de mes confrères à qui on a imposé un médecin traitant au rabais (ouvrant la voie à tous les abus), vous allez contribuer à me faire disparaître moi, mes confrères et notre personnel. Vous contribuez à décourager les jeunes de choisir la médecine générale et dépeuplez nos villages de praticiens, vous contribuez aussi à aggraver l’accès aux soins primaires pour les défavorisés les poussant ainsi à s’adresser aux coûteux hôpitaux.

Même si l’argumentation en faveur du médecin référent est bien plus riche encore, j’en terminerai Mr FVR en vous posant une question :

« TOUT CELA, EST-CE QUE VOUS LE FAITES EXPRES ? »

Parce que mes patients me disent tous que c’est le cas et que vous n’avez qu’un souhait : la mort de NOTRE sécu au profit des assurances privées.

Mais je n’arrive pas à les croire, et j’attends impatiemment votre réponse.
